After 20 years of doing bio energy healing on people & dogs, I discovered that as well as doing the bio energy techniques with my hands, the most powerful affect & effect those around me have had, is when I stand or sit still and expand my own energy. So, I may be moving around everyone in the room or I also may be perfectly still myself. All I ask of you, is to sit with your eyes closed and focus your attention gently on your body. Any time your mind interrupts you from your senses, gently interrupt your mind by focusing again on your body. This will help your whole health system in every aspect. Whether it is physical pain, emotional turmoil or mental stress.
